- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 3 small green onions, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash black pepper
- 4 medium patties ground chicken
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Form into four 4" patties.
- Broil or grill 4 to 6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
