- 4 cups cubed cantaloupe melons
- 2 tbsps lime juice
- 1/3 cup light agave nectar
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
- Place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
- Strain through a fine sieve over a bowl. Discard solids.
- Stir in lime juice, agave nectar, and salt.
- Pour mixture into an 8" square dish. Freeze at least 8 hours.
- Remove mixture from freezer and scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
