  • 1 cup Carbquik
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp light buttery spread
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Mix Carbquik with butter, baking powder and almond milk just until blended. Do not over mix it.
  • Separate into 3 pieces and make a dough ball with each piece of mix.
  • Pat it flat and put into nonstick bake pan.
  • Bake at 450 °F (230 °C) for 10 minutes.
