  • 1 medium egg
  • 30 g parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 81 g tuna in oil (canned)
  • 1/4 cup slices cucumber (with peel)
  • 2 medium leaves lettuce
  • 30 g greek whole milk yogurt plain
  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Grate carrots then mix with egg and parmesan cheese.
  • Divide into two portions, flatten, and bake in the oven at 428°F for 12-15 minutes.
  • Mix tuna, sliced cucumber, shredded lettuce, yogurt, and mustard in a bowl.
