Ingredients

  • 25 g low fat cheddar cheese
  • 125 g broccoli
  • 125 g cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup creme fraiche

Directions

  • Bring a pot of water to boil and in the meantime chop the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  • Boil them for 5-10 minutes or until soft. Place in an ovenproof dish.
  • Mix the grated cheddar cheese and chives (salt or pepper as well optionally) with the creme fraiche.
  • Pour into the dish, over the vegetables.
  • Place the dish in an oven or microwave and grill for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
  • Enjoy!
