Ingredients

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 4.2 oz chickpeas
  • 1 cup unsalted creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 cups chamomile tea
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tsps baking powder

Directions

  • Rinse and drain chickpeas. Puree chickpeas in food processor.
  • Melt butter. Add all other ingredients and pulse with chickpeas until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake on 400 °F (205 °C) for 15 minutes.
