- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup whole ultra-filtered milk
- 2 tsps minced garlic
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups finely ground tapioca flour
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Directions
- Put butter, water, milk, and salt into a large saucepan, then place over high heat.
- When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat immediately and stir in tapioca flour and garlic until smooth. Set aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Add cheese and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop 1/4 cup-sized balls of the mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned.
