  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Idaho potatoes
  • 0.12 tsp pepper
  • 0.12 tsp salt

Directions

  • Pre-heat over to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Coat large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Arrange potatoes on prepared sheet and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Bake 20 minutes, flip fries, then bake another 20 minutes until golden and fork tender.
  • Cluster potatoes together on cooking sheet and sprinkle with cheese, bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
