Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 head medium lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped or sliced tomato
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, low fat
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing, reduced fat
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup diced portabella mushrooms
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat. Drain once cooked and allow to cool slightly.
- Toss lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms in a bowl.
- Top the salad with ground beef (slightly warm).
- Sprinkle the cheese.
- Serve ranch dressing on the side.
