Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 2 tsps vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sweetener

Directions

  • Blend together eggs, vanilla, sour cream and sweetener like Splenda.
  • Then slowly add cream cheese and butter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 325° F (160° C) for 35 - 40 minutes.
  • Cake will firm up as it cools.
  • Note: you can bring the carb count down further by using Stevia instead.
