- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 corn tortilla
- 1/4 cup diced chicken breast
- 1/4 cup finely shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions
- Top tortilla with all ingredients except onions.
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes until cheese melted. add onions, fold and enjoy.
- Note: use crispy flat tostados or folded taco shells.
