  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Lightly grease silicone cups with vegetable oil.
  • Whisk eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/4 of the cheese.
  • Pour into silicone cups and cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the cups and top with cheese.
