- 2 whole wheat greek pita flat bread
- 2 tsps minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup roasted garlic parmesan alfredo sauce
- 2 oz baby spinach
- 5 oz boneless, cooked rotisserie chicken (skin not eaten)
Directions
- Spread the alfredo sauce evenly on each flat bread. Set aside.
- Heat oil in pan, sauté spinach until wilted. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Arrange the toppings on flat bread.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F for 12 minutes.
