Ingredients

  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 breast, bone and skin removed chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped mixed sweet peppers

Directions

  • Chop up all vegetables in to small pieces and combine in a small to medium sized pot.
  • Add 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt, turn on low heat.
  • Cook chicken breast in pan on medium heat, add seasoning to taste.
  • After chicken is cooked chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add chicken, broth and spices as desired.
  • Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy!
