- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 15 oz rotisserie chicken
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 thin slices bacon
- 1 cup, nfs colby jack cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, add chicken, bacon, garlic, cauliflower, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Stir to combine and put in a lightly greased pan.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
