  • 6 thin slices bacon
  • 1 cup, nfs colby jack cheese
  • 15 oz rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, add chicken, bacon, garlic, cauliflower, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Stir to combine and put in a lightly greased pan.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
