Ingredients

  • 8 oz crescent roll
  • 1 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, part skim
  • 3 oz cream cheese, fat free
  • 1/3 tbsp mayonnaise, reduced calorie
  • 1 oz celery
  • 2 oz mushrooms
  • 2 oz onions
  • 2 oz bell peppers
  • 6 oz chicken breast meat
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed pepper flakes
  • 2/3 tsp seasoning salt

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C). Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Dice vegetables, mix with broth and sauté 4-5 minutes in medium sauce pan.
  • While vegetables are cooking, dice chicken into cubes and place in bowl with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and seasonings.
  • When vegetables are softened, mix with chicken mixture.
  • Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Add 1/4 mixture into each crescent. pull opposite ends together and spray tops with cooking spray. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
