- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fajita seasoning
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
- Heat non-stick skillet to medium high heat. Add olive oil.
- Cube chicken into bite size pieces. Toss into hot skillet.
- Season. Drain as needed during cooking. Cook till sides are browned and chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
