  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 packets sweetener

Directions

  • Cut apple into medium size chunks or wedges.
  • Place apples in a glass microwaveable bowl and add orange juice and Splenda.
  • Mix together and microwave on high power for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
  • Cut cooked chicken breast into bite sized pieces and mix into hot apple mixture.
