- 4 bone and skin removed chicken breasts
- 1 cup fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup instant whole grain brown rice
Directions
- In a 9x13 dish", mix cream of mushroom soup, water, uncooked rice and dry onion soup mix.
- Clean chicken breast and remove any excess fat.
- Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
- Sprinkle tops of chicken with lemon pepper.
- Cover and bake at 375° F (190° C) for 45 minutes.
