  • 1 cup fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 4 bone and skin removed chicken breasts
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 cup instant whole grain brown rice

Directions

  • In a 9x13 dish", mix cream of mushroom soup, water, uncooked rice and dry onion soup mix.
  • Clean chicken breast and remove any excess fat.
  • Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
  • Sprinkle tops of chicken with lemon pepper.
  • Cover and bake at 375° F (190° C) for 45 minutes.
