  • 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsps shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 tsps dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine onion, cheese, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning blend, and pepper.
  • Crumble chicken over mixture and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 165 °F (75 °C) and juices run clear.
