Ingredients
- 12 oz fettucini shirataki pasta
- 1 1/2 oz gruyere cheese
- 1 1/2 oz parmesan cheese (hard)
- 12 oz drained canned chicken
- 3 slices uncured turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 medium red sweet pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup fat free ultra-filtered milk
- 3 tsps italian seasoning
Directions
- Chop vegetables, chicken, and bacon.
- Prepare noodles according to packaging directions.
- In a non-stick pan, cook chicken and bacon. Add vegetables, seasonings and tomato paste.
- Add milk and cheese. Stir to combine until cheese is melted. Turn off heat.
- Add noodles and mix. Transfer to a plate then serve.
