Ingredients

  • 3 tsps italian seasoning
  • 3 slices uncured turkey bacon
  • 12 oz fettucini shirataki pasta
  • 12 oz drained canned chicken
  • 1 cup fat free ultra-filtered milk
  • 1 medium red sweet pepper
  • 1 1/2 oz gruyere cheese
  • 1 1/2 oz parmesan cheese (hard)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Directions

  • Chop vegetables, chicken, and bacon.
  • Prepare noodles according to packaging directions.
  • In a non-stick pan, cook chicken and bacon. Add vegetables, seasonings and tomato paste.
  • Add milk and cheese. Stir to combine until cheese is melted. Turn off heat.
  • Add noodles and mix. Transfer to a plate then serve.
