  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsps parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • 2 tsps paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly milled black pepper

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Cut wings to drumettes.
  • Mix the grated cheese and seasonings.
  • Line a shallow baking pan with foil.
  • Melt butter in a large bowl.
  • Dip each drumette in butter, roll in seasoned cheese and place on foiled baking tray.
