Ingredients

  • 1 oz lightly salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 100 g young green onions
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 100 g cilantro
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce
  • 4 oz ground chicken
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions
