  • 1 kg ground chicken breast
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsps minced garlic
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tsps black pepper
  • 2 tsps red or cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 2 medium onions

Directions
