  • 25 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 123 g whole kernel sweet corn
  • 2 tbsps corn starch
  • 1 tsp iodized salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper seasoned salt
  • 1/2 lb baby carrots
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce

Directions

  • Chop vegetables and mince chicken using a food processor.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Form slightly flat patties and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Put in preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes at 370°F or until golden brown.
