- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup organic low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup slices waterchestnuts
- 3 cups sliced green beens
- 3 cups cooked, diced chicken breast
- 3/4 cup long grain & wild rice
- 1 1/4 cups cream of chicken soup
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour or until bubbling or thoroughly heated.
- Note: you can sprinkle top with bread crumbs and pats of butter before baking.
