  • 3/4 cup long grain & wild rice
  • 3 cups cooked, diced chicken breast
  • 3 cups sliced green beens
  • 1/2 cup slices waterchestnuts
  • 1 cup organic low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise

Directions

  • Mix together all ingredients and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour or until bubbling or thoroughly heated.
  • Note: you can sprinkle top with bread crumbs and pats of butter before baking.
