Ingredients
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup 5% greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup country style cottage cheese
- 2 large scallions or spring onions
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 4 stalks medium celery
- 30 oz boneless, cooked chicken breast
Directions
- Chop chicken into chunks and vegetables into smaller pieces.
- Squeeze juice from lemon. Mix with mayonnaise, cottage cheese, olive oil, and yogurt.
- Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
