- 1/2 cup low fat sesame dressing
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/4 cups sunflower nuts
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
- 2 cups chopped or diced cooked chicken
Directions
- In large bowl, place all ingredients except dressing and noodles.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
- Garnish with noodles.
