  • 2 chicken breast, bone and skin removed
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 7 sprigs cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp seasoning with coriander and achiote

Directions

  • Slice the chicken into strips and chop the vegetables.
  • Boil the chicken for 10 minutes together with seasoning and enough water to cover.
  • Add the onions and potatoes. Cook until tender.
  • Put the cilantro and boil for 5 more minutes.
