Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp organic tamari
  • 2 tbsps manjo aji-mirin
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 medium vidalia onion
  • 1 cup cooked, diced skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Chop veggies into small bite sized pieces and heat oil in a pan.
  • Cook onion and garlic in a pan on medium heat until onion is translucent.
  • Put chicken in the pan and stir fry until browned and cooked thoroughly.
  • Place the other veggies in the pan and cook until soft, add aji-mirin to keep them from burning if your pan is too hot. Add all of the rest of the sauces at once and stir fry until sauce has thickened.
