  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 22 oz raw chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  • Mix together sour cream, milk and italian seasoning into a bowl. Put bread crumbs into another bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil onto a large baking sheet.
  • Dip chicken into milk mixture first, then into crumb mixture, and place on oiled baking sheet.
  • Bake 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
