  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sliced avocado
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 cups shredded or chopped lettuce
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 cup black fried smashed beans
  • 5 corn tostadas

Directions

  • Spread the tostada with a tablespoon of smashed beans.
  • Cover tostada with lettuce, chicken, salsa, a tablespoon of sour cream, onion and avocado.
  • Spread all over with the Mexican blend cheese, salt and enjoy.
