- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sliced avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 medium chicken breasts
- 2 cups shredded or chopped lettuce
- 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 cup black fried smashed beans
- 5 corn tostadas
Directions
- Spread the tostada with a tablespoon of smashed beans.
- Cover tostada with lettuce, chicken, salsa, a tablespoon of sour cream, onion and avocado.
- Spread all over with the Mexican blend cheese, salt and enjoy.
