  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tbsps honey
  • 2 small chicken breasts
  • 2 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

  • In frying pan on medium-high heat, brown cut up chicken breast in the oil.
  • Cook until no longer pink.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic and water.
  • Add sauce and the frozen vegetables to the chicken.
  • Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve with rice.
