- 8 green chilies
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 5 cubes chicken broth
- 2 cups cannelli beans
- 1 1/2 cups corn
- 3 tsps garlic
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 cups chopped bell peppers
- 32 oz ground chicken breast
Directions
- Brown chicken and set aside.
- Saute onions and peppers.
- Add garlic when onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add remaining ingredients, including chicken and simmer for 90 minutes.
