Ingredients

  • 2 tsps garlic
  • 2 tbsps flour
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Directions

  • Cut chicken in to cubes, pat the chicken dry with paper towels and toss with the flour, salt and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Cook the chicken 3 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Add the garlic, parsley and butter.
  • Sauté 1 minute and stir to coat the chicken with the pan sauce.
