Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps fresh sage
  • 600 g chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 500 g vegetable pasta sauce
  • 4 slices parma ham

Directions

  • Put two sage leaves on top of each of the four chicken breasts.
  • Wrap the parma ham around the chicken breasts and secure it with a wooden cocktail stick.
  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and brown the chicken on both sides.
  • Pour over the vegetable pasta sauce, cover, and simmer for about 25 minutes until cooked.
  • Serve with cooked new potatoes, baby corn, and sugar snap peas.
