Ingredients
- 2 tbsps fresh sage
- 600 g chicken breasts
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 500 g vegetable pasta sauce
- 4 slices parma ham
Directions
- Put two sage leaves on top of each of the four chicken breasts.
- Wrap the parma ham around the chicken breasts and secure it with a wooden cocktail stick.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Pour over the vegetable pasta sauce, cover, and simmer for about 25 minutes until cooked.
- Serve with cooked new potatoes, baby corn, and sugar snap peas.
