- 105 g red onions
- 500 g canned garbanzo beans (no salt added)
- 160 g parsley
- 280 g celery
- 100 g young green onions
- 270 g radishes
- 300 g cucumber
- 3/4 cup quinoa
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 6 tbsps red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsps coarse kosher salt
- 2 tsps black pepper
- juice from 1 lemon
Directions
