- 2 tbsps cornstarch
- 5 eggs (large)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
- Whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff.
- Mix the remaining ingredients.
- Gently fold in the egg whites.
- Pour the batter in cupcake molds and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
