Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 0.06 cup flour (a tbsp)
- 0.12 cup water
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 tbsps chili powder
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 10 oz wholewheat pasta, cooked
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
Directions
- Cook the red peppers and onion in frying pan until tender and brown.
- Take the chicken fillets, chili powder, flour and water and add to the frying pan. Stir regularly and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Boil the pasta and cook until aldente.
- Pour the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
