  • 7 oz macaroni pasta
  • 1 3/4 cups stewed tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 cups diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 16 oz extra lean ground beef
  • 1 3/4 cups pinto beans
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Directions

  • Cook macaroni according to directions.
  • While pasta is cooking, brown beef with chili powder .
  • Add diced tomatoes and green chilies (like Ro-tel), stewed tomatoes and pinto beans.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Combine pasta and beef mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Optional: top with sour cream or cheddar cheese.
