  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 cups shredded chinese cabbage
  • 2 tbsps oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

  • In a large pot, heat peanut oil. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add cabbage and cook for a few minutes, until cabbage starts to release some of its juices.
  • Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir until cabbage is soft.
