Ingredients

  • 250 g cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 serving packet sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 red chili pepper

Directions

  • Mix cucumber with garlic and salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes to marinate.
  • Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • Mix with sugar, vinegar and red chili to taste. Let it sit for 5 hours to marinate or more.
