Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 3 tbsps chopped green onion
  • 2 medium slices bacon
  • 4 medium mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Fry bacon and chop into pieces. Set aside. Reserve a teaspoon or so of the grease.
  • Chop cabbage, mushrooms, and green onion while bacon is cooking. Add to bacon grease. Fry until vegetables are soft. Set aside.
  • Whisk eggs and scramble. Add vegetable mixture and bacon to the eggs and mix together. Sprinkle pepper and add soy sauce.
  • Enjoy!
