  • 1 container lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup lowfat milk
  • 5 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 6 packets sugar substitute
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

  • Heat the milk for 1-2 minutes in the microwave. Dissolve the cocoa powder in the heated milk.
  • Starting with the yogurt, add everything to the blender with a cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Optional additions include a splash of vanilla flavoring.
  • Note: great for Phase 1 Fat Smash diet.
