  • 3 1/2 oz 85% dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tbsps coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 30 drops liquid sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 oz shredded coconut

Directions

  • Double boil butter and chocolate.
  • After they have melted add remaining ingredients.
  • Drop 2 teaspoons in paper cups and freeze.
  • Note: try a sprinkle of coarse salt on top before freezing.
