- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
- 2 scoops zero carb whey protein isolate - cookies & cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 32 g semi-sweet style baking chocolate chips
Directions
- Beat the bananas and yogurt in a blender.
- Transfer to a bowl. Fold in the eggs, whey protein, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Divide into muffin tins. Sprinkle each muffin with chocolate chips.
