  • 2 scoops zero carb whey protein isolate - cookies & cream
  • 170 g 0% greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • Beat the bananas and yogurt in a blender.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Fold in the eggs, whey protein, baking soda, and baking powder.
  • Divide into muffin tins. Sprinkle each muffin with chocolate chips.
