  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat buttermilk
  • 35 g canola oil
  • 1/2 cup chips chocolate
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 oz baking powder
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 10 g protein powder
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and grease or line muffin tin.
  • Mix all dry ingredients.
  • Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine without over-stirring.
  • Fill pan and cook 15-20 minutes until done.
  • Note: try adding vanilla.
