Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat buttermilk
- 35 g canola oil
- 1/2 cup chips chocolate
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/2 oz baking powder
- 1/4 cup oats
- 10 g protein powder
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and grease or line muffin tin.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine without over-stirring.
- Fill pan and cook 15-20 minutes until done.
- Note: try adding vanilla.
