- 4 oz almond butter (1/2 cup)
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1/4 sec spray no stick canola oil
- 100 semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups brown rice cereal
Directions
- Spray a 9x9" square baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place all ingredients except the rice cereal in a saucepan and stir continually over medium-high heat until melted and smooth.
- Turn off heat and stir in brown rice cereal.
- Pour mixture into baking pan and smooth out evenly.
- Let cool until firm and slice into 16 squares.
