Ingredients
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate
- 1 crust, single 9" frozen pie crust
- 3 tbsps butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups halves pecans, chopped
Directions
- Bake pie crust for 10 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
- Melt chocolate and butter in double broiler.
- Mix all other ingredients in bowl.
- Fold in chocolate and butter. Pour all into pie crust.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325 °F (160 °C).
