Ingredients
- 1 oz arrowroot powder
- 0.12 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsps chili powder
- 3 tsps salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tbsps butter
- 16 oz tomatoes
- 2 lbs chuck roast
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic. Mix in 2 tablespoons of arrowroot and a tablespoon of chili powder.
- Cut chuck roast into bite sized pieces, then add to butter mixture and brown.
- Stir in tomatoes, remaining spices and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
